Feedback & Complaints
The Victorian Association of Drink & Drug Driver Services welcomes
feedback in relation to service provision of drink and drug drive programs
in Victoria. The VADDS Committee will review the feedback regularly
and where relevant will implement changes, update practices or liaise with
relevant organisations to negotiate change. Formal complaints
must be in writing and provide a relevant level of detail for action.
Feedback and complaints may be actioned by either VADDS or the Department
of Health & Human Services.
