Drink Driver courses run by members of the Victorian Association of Drink Drive Agencies are accredited by the Department of Human Services to provide participants with general information to assist them in preparing for their application to the Magistrates’ Court for permission to be re-licensed according to the requirements of Section 50 of the Road Safety Act 1986.  

The Agencies are not able to provide legal or medical advice or specific information about participants’ individual cases.   Course leaders must not be relied upon for legal advice or as participants’ only source of information about alcohol and its effects on the individual and the community.  Participants should always seek and rely upon the advice of their solicitor and their medical practitioner and check their personal details with the Magistrates’ Court or Vic Roads.

VADDS Drink Drive Agencies deny any liability for participants’ failure to be successful in their application for permission to be re-licensed.
