Who can be a member?
Membership is open to all Department of Human Services accredited Drink & Drug Drive Agencies, agency staff, staff from other services or agencies involved in approved and relevant drink & drug drive related business and students undertaking Alcohol and Drug related courses.
What are the Benefits of Membership?
- You are represented on Department of Human Services and VADEP Committees
- Your Agency operates under a Professional Code of Conduct
- You are eligible to hold office on VADDS’ Committee of Management (limited to one member per accredited agency)
- You have voting rights (limited to one member per accredited agency)
- You have access to the Members Only section of the VADDS website
- Attendance at VADDS Professional Development forums is free
- Member rates at selected VADDS conferences are discounted
- VADDS resources are complimentary or discounted
- Professional assistance from the VADDS office & Committee members is only a phone call away
- Your Agency is listed on the VADDS website
- You have the opportunity to list your availability as a locum and have access to other locums on the VADDS website
- You will be notified of information of interest by the VADDS office
- An indication of your VADDS membership appears in the drink drive directory
- Networking opportunities & events will be arranged
- VADDS will promote your agency on the VADDS relicensing flyer to be made available at courts, police stations and Vic Roads offices
- You will be able to get involved in Special Interest Groups and in VADDS projects
- Members receive a Membership Certificate and condensed version of the Code of Professional Conduct for display within the agency
What are the membership fees?
Membership is for the financial year.
Annual fee $350.00*
All new membership applications will be required to pay an initial Application Fee of $40.00*. * fees exc. GST
How do I join the Victorian Association of Drink & Drug Driver Services?
